Cliff Biggers is the Founder and Director of Race Relations
Research, Inc. He’s also a police detective for the city of Newark,
Ohio, serving with the Major Crimes Unit specializing in white collar
crime investigations. Cliff also serves as senior pastor of a multicultural
church in Coshocton, Ohio.
Cliff and his wife Jennifer have five children – one deceased – and eight grandchildren. Cliff and Jennifer (seen here with First Lady Laura Bush) have also been the foster parents of sixteen children ranging in age from six months to seventeen years. Though he’s lived in Ohio for many years, Cliff is originally from California. He was educated in the San Bernardino Public School System and attended San Bernardino Valley College before he went in the US Navy. Cliff was honorably discharged from the US Navy. Cliff founded Race Relations Research, Inc. in 1999. It was incorporated August 21, 2001 in the State of Ohio. Corporate offices are located in a house built in 1870 in the heart of Coshocton, Ohio (population 12,193). Among his many awards, in 1985 Cliff was selected as “Outstanding Young Man of America.” In 2002 Cliff also won the NAACP Community Leadership - Human & Civil Rights Award. Cliff is also an Executive Board Member for the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 127. |
